The questions we get most
How far ahead should I book?
Spring and summer weekend dates fill 5–6 weeks ahead. Weekday parties usually have 1–2 week availability. If your date is close, call us — cancellations happen.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing. You do not need to supply power, screens, seating or supervision. We need a flat spot to park and about 35 feet of space. We arrive early, set up, run the party with a Game Coach and pack everything away.
What happens if it rains?
The trailer is enclosed and climate-controlled, so we run rain or shine, summer or winter.
Do you travel outside your service area?
Yes, for larger events. A fuel surcharge applies beyond 10 miles from Winder and is calculated when you book.
How do I pay?
Zelle, cash, credit card or online payment. A deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on party day.
