About these terms

These terms apply to the use of ultimate-mobilegaming.com, operated by Ultimate Mobile Gaming (Winder, GA 30680). Every party is also covered by the rental agreement you review and sign when you book; if anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Quotes and reservations

Prices shown on this site come directly from our booking system and are listed before sales tax and any travel fee. A quote is not a reservation: your date is reserved once you sign the rental agreement and pay the required deposit.

Addresses more than 10 miles from Winder, GA may include a fuel surcharge, calculated when you book.

Payments

We accept credit cards, online payments, Zelle and cash. Deposit and balance amounts and due dates are shown in your quote and rental agreement.

Your event location

The game truck needs a flat spot about 35 feet long that is safe and legal to park on. You are responsible for any permission needed to park at your venue (HOA, school, church or business). If the truck cannot be parked safely, our team will work with you on the best available option.

At the party

Our Game Coach runs the games and equipment. Parents, guardians or event organizers remain responsible for supervising their guests. We may pause or end play if equipment is misused or if safety is at risk.

Cancellations, rescheduling and weather

The game truck is enclosed and climate-controlled, so gaming runs rain or shine. Cancellation, rescheduling and weather terms for outdoor activities are set out in your rental agreement. See our refund policy for a summary.
