When you request a quote, book a party or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Event address, date, time, package and any details you share about the party
• Payment information, processed by our booking and payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers
• How you found us (for example, the ad or search that brought you to our site)
• IP address, device and browser information, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel
• Photos and videos taken during your event, with your authorization

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Prepare your quote and confirm your reservation
• Send your rental agreement, confirmations, reminders and party-day details
• Process deposits and payments
• Answer your questions by phone, text, chat or email
• Measure and improve our website and advertising

Our booking system

Quotes, reservations, agreements and payments are handled by InflatableOffice (rental.software), the booking platform we use. When you fill out our booking form, your information is stored in that platform so we can manage your party. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy practices.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and tracking tags to work properly and to measure our advertising:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures website traffic and how visitors use the site
• Google Ads — measures which ads lead to quote requests and bookings
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram) — measures ad performance. Part of this measurement happens on our servers, and personal details are encrypted (hashed) before they are sent to Meta
• Google Tag Manager — loads and manages the tools above
• Booking cookies — remember the ad or link that brought you here (for example a Google or Facebook click ID or a campaign tag) for up to six months, so your quote is credited to the right source
• Live chat — our chat widget remembers your conversation

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Information sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the providers that help us run your party: our booking and payment platform, our customer messaging and chat platform, and Google and Meta for advertising measurement (hashed or anonymized data).

Photos and videos

We love sharing the fun. We may post photos and videos taken during events on our website and social media. If you prefer that your event not be shared, just tell us before your party date and we will respect it.

Children's privacy

Our parties are for kids, but we collect information only from the parent, guardian or organizer who makes the reservation — never directly from children. This website is not directed to children under 13.

Data retention and your rights

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages, at any time by contacting us.
