Deposits
A deposit reserves your date and your Game Coach. Game truck packages require a $150 deposit; the exact deposit for your party is shown in your quote before you pay. The remaining balance is due as stated in your rental agreement.
Rescheduling
Plans change — we get it. If you need a different date, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to move your party to an available date.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation deadlines and whether a deposit can be refunded or applied to a future date are set out in the rental agreement you sign when you book. Please review it before signing; if you have questions, we are happy to walk you through it.
Weather
The game truck is enclosed and climate-controlled, so gaming parties go ahead rain or shine. Outdoor activities such as laser tag, Nerf, foam and water battles depend on safe weather; if conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to adjust or reschedule.
